This notice explains how Gray Labs Ltd ("we") handles personal information through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 17539070, registered office 15 Magnis Close, Credenhill, Hereford HR4 7FB, and we are the controller of the information described here.

What this website collects

Nothing, unless you contact us. The site has no forms, no tracking cookies and no advertising tags. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.

If you email us

We use your name, email address and anything you send us to reply and, if we end up working together, to run that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless they become part of a client relationship.

Who else handles it

Our email runs on Google Workspace and this site is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions under data protection terms. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@graylabs.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
